According to gosstat, in January — November 2016 Ukrainian agricultural exports amounted to $13567 million, an increase of $535 million, than the same period in 2015, reported the press service of the agriculture Ministry.
The share of agricultural products in national exports reached 41.5%. Traditionally, the largest share in agricultural exports are the supply of plant products — $7.2 billion (+ $7 million of the previous period), including grains — $5.4 million (+ $10 million to the previous period). In other categories the export of agricultural products as follows:
fats and oils of animal or vegetable origin — $ 3.5 billion (+ $633 million of the previous period);
— prepared foods — $2.1 billion (- $57.7 million the previous period);
— live animals; animal products, $ 0.7 million (-$48 million the previous period).
During the same period, imported to Ukraine of agricultural products in the amount of $ 3.5 billion, which was 9.9% of the national import and is more than $338 million than 11 months of 2015 In particular, it was imported:
— plant products — $1.1 billion (+$ 108 million of the previous period), including grains — $138 million (-$11.5 million the previous period);
fats and oils of animal or vegetable origin — $221 million ($53.5 million the previous period);
— prepared foods — $1.6 billion (+$117,3 million the previous period);
— live animals; animal products — $ 0,55 billion (+ $59 million from the previous period).
