Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers has excluded Estonia, Latvia, Georgia, Malta and Hungary from the list of offshore countries. According to Finance Minister Alexander Danilyuk, the decision to include these countries in the offshore list in December last year was taken without the necessary coordination with these countries, so now the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Finance will take two months to consult. It should be noted that at the end of 2017, the Cabinet of Ministers included countries such as Estonia, Latvia, Iran, Cuba, Laos, Lebanon, Malta, Morocco, Monaco, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Georgia and Hungary into the list of countries whose transactions with residents are subject to control under the administration of the transfer pricing law.
