The state property Fund of Ukraine adopted a decision on privatization of the State shipping company “black sea shipping”. This information is published in the official newspaper of the state property Fund statements of privatization on 11 January 2017.
It is reported that the decision on the privatization of the company was under the control of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and is not a strategic importance for economy and security.
The primary cost of fixed assets of the company on September 30, 2016 determined in 180,467 mln. residual — 83,168 million UAH.
Information about the conditions and terms of privatization is not indicated.
As of 1992, the composition of the CHMP there were 225 ships. In the future, almost all of them were sold at auction for debts or transferred to offshore companies. In 2003 started the bankruptcy procedure of the CHMP, and in 2006 began the process of rehabilitation.
We will remind, earlier it was reported that as at 11 months of 2016, the state property Fund fulfilled the plan for the privatization of 4.8%.
