The seaport of Chernomorsk stopped the transshipment of containers. According to the actual data of the Administration of the Sea Ports of Ukraine, the figures for this segment of freight traffic for the six months and for the seven months of this year fully coincide. This is 8,655 thousand TEU (twenty-foot equivalent), 124 thousand tons in weight terms and 6,132 thousand units. Recall that in September 2015, one of the world’s largest container carriers CMA CGM refused to cooperate with the Black Sea MTP and switched to the Ilyichevsk fish port.
