The Ukrainian Sea Port Authorities and the Administration of the Port of Busan (Republic of Korea) agreed that the possibilities of the South Korean port regarding investments in the development of the port industry of Ukraine will be explored. Also, the parties intend to jointly explore opportunities for development of access roads and rear areas in the seaports of Ukraine, as well as ways to increase imports, transit and transshipment of cargoes. Another area of cooperation can be the implementation of research and development of a master plan for the development of seaports of Ukraine with the involvement of the Korean Institute of Marine Research.
