The administration of the Suez Canal has extended discounts for container ships going from the ports of the eastern coast of the United States to South and South-East Asia till the end of the year.
Dicounts for container ships going from ports north of the Port of Norfolk on the US East Coast and heading to the Asian ports east of the Port Klang will be 45%.
For ships heading from ports south of Norfolk to ports east of Port Klang – 65%. For containerships from the ports south of Norfolk to the ports east of Colombo and to the port of Colombo, the discount will be 55%.
