The world’s largest port operator, the Hong Kong company Hutchison Ports, in preparation for the call on the Ukrainian market, registered in Odessa a subsidiary of “Hutchison Ports Ukraine”. This became known from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations, where it is stated that the charter capital of Hutchison Ports Ukraine is 700,000 UAH: 7,000 UAH were contributed by “Hutchison Ports Netherlanders” and another 693,000 UAH – by “Hutchison Ports Turkey”.
The main activity of the company is the transport processing of cargo, as well as the support of water transport, and other supporting activities in the transport sector. Yevgenia Chirikova was appointed the company’s head.
