State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of transport and digital infrastructure of Germany Rainer Bomb visited the construction site of the company “Container terminal “Odessa” (Hamburg Port Consulting) at the Quarantine mole of Odessa sea port. During the visit R. Bomb discussed the progress of construction of the facility with the head of Administration of seaports of Ukraine Raivis Veckagans. About it reports press-service of the ASD.
Federal Ministry of transport and digital infrastructure of Germany is considering providing guarantees of the Federal government on the allocation of credit funds of the Bank, KfW (German state Bank) to Finance these works.
The expected volume of capital investments to complete the construction of a breakwater and the dredging of port waters in the area of the new terminal at the moment is about 1.2 billion UAH. which is equivalent to €40 million.
