The Cabinet of Ministers introduced teh new rules of customs declarations changing

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has allowed the entrepreneurs to make adjustments to the customs Declaration. This decision was taken, January 11, at meeting of KMU.

Introducing the draft resolution on amendments to the regulations on customs declarations, the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Alexander danyluk said that the document aims to address three questions.

“The first is to impose the obligation on customs to amend the customs Declaration, if the decision of customs abolished. There are situations where the court Annuls decisions of the customs, for example, the determination of the customs value, and thus requires a business entity to amend the Declaration. It is now proposed that if there is a court decision, it is obliged to do the customs,” — said A. danyluk.

“The following is to give businesses the right to adjust the customs Declaration in connection with the observance of transfer pricing rules. As you know, we are expanding the practice of transfer pricing, many businesses have certain specific features, and they need at year end to change the Declaration. Now we provide that opportunity,” he added.

According to Alexander Danilyuk, the third feature of the document: to provide businesses with the opportunity to submit one additional Declaration, but some additional declarations that allows you to sell imported products in small portions.

“This will increase competition, particularly in the gas market”, — said the Minister of Finance.

A. Danyluk also said that the draft resolution is coordinated by the Ministry of economic development and trade, taking into account all remarks of the Ministry of justice, the State fiscal service and entrepreneurs. Also, the Minister stressed that such innovation is supported by representatives of business.
