Amendments to the Rules for Carriage of Goods by Road in Ukraine were introduced by Order No. 368 of the Ministry of Infrastructure of 10.08.2018 (registered with the Ministry of Justice on September 4, 2013 for No. 1007/32459).
So, according to cl. 11.4 of the Regulation No. 368, the consignment note for the carriage of goods by road should be written by the customer (consignor) in an amount not less than four copies. All copies of the consignment note must have been certified by the signature of the Customer and, if necessary, by a stamp (stamp). So, in connection with the introduction of changes to Regulation No. 368, now there is no such need. Memory of the seal is removed from this rule of the Rules.
In addition, there will not need to be stamped:
– contract (and its project) on the transport of goods;
– the right to claim by the consignor or consignee;
– reference on the price of the goods sold or reassessment of the claim;
– description of the cargo, which is in each container with a load.
This order will come into force from the day of its official publication.
