Industrial production in Ukraine grew by 3.4% in August

Industrial production in Ukraine (excluding the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol, and part of the zone of the ATO in the Donbass) in August 2016 compared to the same month of 2015 rose by 3.4% (adjusted for the effect of calendar days – 101.5%) against the fall of 0.2% a month earlier. It is reported by the State Statistics Service (State Statistics).

In January – August 2016 in comparison with January – August 2015 the figure was 102.0%, including in mining and quarrying – 100%, processing – 103.3%, electricity supply, gas, steam and air conditioning supply – 100.9%.
