The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of Georgia signed an agreement on the organization of direct international railway traffic through the ports of the two countries. According to the Ministry of Infrastructure, the ceremony was held on Tuesday, September 13, at Batumi in the framework of the International Maritime Forum.
Infrastructure Minister Vladimir Omeljan described the agreement as a very important document, “which connects Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan on the Silk Road.”
